• The farm cottage is very large as is was two cottages converted into one, giving the guest accommodation lots of space and privacy.
• Primsidemill is a 300 acre mixed farm at the foot of the Cheviot hills on the edge of Yetohlm in the Scottish Borders.

Yetholm is centrally situated in the Borders being 10 miles from the historic town of kelso and a short drive to the many charming border towns of Jedburgh, Melrose, Galasheils and Hawick. We are also only a few miles from the English border and the stunning Northumberland coastal region including Berwick upon Tweed and Holy Island.

After a peaceful night at Primsidemill b & b having had a full Scottish breakfast you are ideally situated to take on many of the best walks in the borders.

• The St Cuthberts way passes the farm gate and within a short distance you can be on the Pennine way.

Being a farm we are pet friendly, so dogs and horses are both welcome (with prior arrangement), meaning you can come with all your family.
